    Here's a fascinating thing that happened that no one expected! Vinyl records are making a huge comeback and they've actually outsold CDs for the first time since 1987! This information comes from The Recording Industry Association of America , which reports that physical music formats including vinyl, CDs, and cassette tapes have seen a 4% increase from 2021 to 2022. They also say that last year vinyl made up $1.2 billion of the $1.7 billion in physical media sales!
